Your KI determined by;

If you meditate & how much meditation you have done

The more Mystical things you know or do (such as fortune telling, or being braught back to life)

How much martial arts skill you have

If you have a transformation (besides Great Ape)

(master roshi had a ki level of 3 kiri by the saiyan saga, and goku only had 2 kiri)

I will decide your Kiri based on how far I think you have come in martial arts

I will aslo base it on how much you have been meditating, and if you have a transformation
