About certain wishes

Some wishes have limits such as



1) Imortality: it only stops you from dieing from natural causes, you can still be killed

Higher powerlevel: you can only wish for a power level increases within the dragons power
Namekian Max: 1,000
Earth Max: 260

Being a Ruler: Limitted to the dragon's power, basicly 1 planet since the dragonballs scatter across the planet

Getting a transformation: you can wish for a transformation but it's limitted to your original PL, so the increase when transformming is the only thing that makes you stronger
(Namekian dragonballs have 3 wishes)

Multiplying powerlevels: You can only say double power level, and this is the limitations after that;
Earth: The Erth dragon is not compleatly accurate when it comes to doubling someone's PL
Namekian: The Namekian Dragon can fully double someone's Power level


Most powerful being in the Universe: you will only be more powerfull than the rest of the player characters, not NPC, and it won't be much that much stronger than the strongest
